Especially created for diffusing and help for respiratory problems and colds. If this blend were a place: It would be a cold evergreen forest after snowfall, where sharp clean air moves through spruce and pine while herbal steam rises from heated stones beside a mountain spring.
This blend embodies purification, resilience, movement, and breath-centered renewal.
The overall character is: cleansing, awakening, protective, mentally sharpening, breath-expanding, energetically clearing.This is a strongly “air element” blend with forest grounding underneath. It feels designed for movement, renewal, and clearing stagnation from both body and mind.
Especially great for diffusing. Also can be used on the feet and toes for “refreshment”. (Dilute for this purpose.) Has been known to assist in dissolving bone spurs.
