Twelve Tribes

Twelve tribes… …twelve breast plate stones…twelve temple stones…twelve apostles… twelve awesome powerful oils mentioned in the Bible. This rich, lustrous blend evokes visions of the desert, seems to whisk you away to the Holy Land with aromatic resins of sacred Frankincense, myrrh, Galbanum and labdanum ( cistus or rock rose) that protect and nourish. Envision an oasis with the rare sweet-scented calamus root, hyssop herb and myrtle, the quintessential fragrant plant of Israel. Add the strong, balancing woods of cedar and sandalwood (thought to be the algum of the Bible). Then, spices of cassia and spike nard with a bit of honeycomb representing the sweetness of the Promised Land and have this all around supreme blend with potent spiritual and antiseptic physical properties. 

This is not a casual or purely aesthetic blend. It has the feeling of ritual, purification, inner descent, and spiritual endurance—an aromatic pilgrimage —
a journey inward through smoke, earth, resin, and sacred light.

Valentine

A romance blend rich in rose. Created on Valentine ’s Day to capture the ambiance of a fresh bouquet of flowers, especially rose and carnation. 

This blend is lush, emotionally magnetic, deeply sensual, and richly heart-centered.  The result is intensely relational and emotionally immersive.
It feels like: candlelight on silk and romantic confidence. 

The Osmanthus adds an incredible touch of velvety elegance that transcends any attempt at description. 

Best used as perfume or massage oil. 


 It's one of my favorites!  Ahhhhhh.

Vanilla Pie Spice

Who could even tell by just the name? Reported to inspire romance. Created from a suggestion on the aromatherapy internet list. This blend feels warm, enveloping, and almost ceremonial — like spiced air rising from a hearth. 

The overall atmosphere is: creatively stimulating, sensually comforting and quietly mystical.

Motivating, enthusiastic, purposeful, courageous and soothing — a rare balance between fire and calm.

Great for using in a car scenter or terra cotta pendant. Dilute to 5% for perfume or to anoint the Fire Toe.  These are POWERFUL oils.

Walk Softly

(Humble)

This blend feels like a forest breeze moving through a flowering citrus garden — airy,  softly radiant, and deeply calming underneath its brightness.Helps overcome the fear that sometimes stops us from being the best we can. Seems to create a sense of well being in the whole body. Promotes alertnes and clarity.  

Bergamot, Coriander, and Lemon Myrtle brighten awareness. Ylang-ylang and Geranium soften and open the emotional field. Spruce and Vetiver provide grounding and spacious calm. Roman Chamomile wraps the entire blend in tenderness.

 Find your place where healing may begin. Forgiveness starts with humility. Walk softly to your own happy place.

The way of the leaf is an attitude of peacefulness and non-aggression--will protect, but not abide aggression. The attitudes of the leaf are focus, imagination, logic, refreshment, as this blend encourages. Excellent in diffusion for respiratory relief or worn as fragrance. Can be used to anoint the Air or Water toes.

This blend has the feeling of a cold evergreen forest illuminated by sparks of citrus and spice — invigorating, resilient, and quietly mystical.  It feels like movement through wild mountain air while remaining grounded, purified, protected and centered.

Created as a personality blend for a special man, mainly a Cypress. Woodsy with light spice top notes. Used for an uplifting feeling of walking through rain-damp forests. Carries both wilderness energy and polished sophistication. 

It feels protective without becoming heavy, and energizing without becoming chaotic. Evokes images of evergreen forests after snowfall, mountain lodges and alpine dusk.

Try it on a diffuser pendant. Dilute and massage for tension, stress, muscle aches, or for anointing Earth toes.  Combine with unscented lotion or castor oil for skin issues.

This blend was created originally as anti-catarrh, cough suppressant.
